A lot that over looks the stream, or one on the rise that provides valley views. Different lots are better for different floorplans. We can help you choose the ones that fits you best!
3. MORTGAGE PRE-APPROVAL
Is your mortgage pre-approved? If not, we are happy to help you. We’ve partnered with an excellent mortgage broker who will work with you to get everything in order so there are no surprises. Have your own broker – not a problem! Is your mortgage pre-approved? If not, we are here to help you.
What upgrades will make your home even better? If you’re a chef, then maybe consider upgrading to a gas range or granite counters. We have upgrade options designed to make your home fit you perfectly.
5. SALES CONTRACT
Once you’ve made your selections we can finalize the sales contract. We will coordinate everything so you don’t have to worry.
6. START BUILDING
In conjunction with the developer, we will connect you with our client care representative to manage all the details of your home build. Once all the paper work is in place, you will receive weekly updates and you can expect to move in within 4-6 months.
